The partition system is based on an extruded aluminum profile with epoxy powder paint finish, fixed to the floor and ceiling by means of expansion plugs (only this assembly condition guarantees optimal wall stability). Two seals in coextruded rigid/soft PVC guarantee acoustic sealing throughout the entire wall perimeter.
A second extruded aluminum profile, inserted telescopically to the first, with an adjustment range of 10 mm, compensates for any eventual unevenness of the floor or ceiling. The same profiles are used for the wall abutments, creating a homogeneous frame.
Glass panels are joined vertically by means of 6 mm thick patented transparent polycarbonate profiles. These profiles have a particular shape designed to accept the specially bevelled edges of the glass panels. The void between the two glass panels can house electrically controlled venetian blinds.
P100 provides with full range choices of doors. Completed with patented designed pivot hinges and PVC acoustic sealing. Concealed door closer and drop seal are optional components.
